Beautiful home. The indoor living room kitchen area is tight. The outdoor sitting area should be dining, love the outdoor bathroom. A jacuzzi should replace the plant bed in the pool.

The house is nice. I'm just sick of the gray and white in all the homes I see.

How wide are the doors inside the home and the pool bath....they look smaller than the standard 32". Hallways also look very slim...wife has a walker is why I noticed. I also looks like the mud room door would hit the washer. Maybe it's just my point of view or the camera angle. Great video and it really does look very nice for the price point.

Doors are normal, but my camera work is always a problem…

For 3/2 I think is too much $$ Cape Coral area. The mortgage on this home with the home insurance and taxes is a killer. Don't know whom can't afford this home.

Correct. Taxes are usually about 2% of 80% of city assessed value of the home, so on 800K you will likely pay about 12K in taxes. Then you must carry insurance if you have a mortgage. Homes are expensive and of course everything is inflating. It is very important to always plan and buy within your comfortable budget not what you can afford. What I have seen is people with a 1 million budget are buying an 800K home and those with a 600k budget are buying homes in the 450K range.

No spa!

Can you share the name of the builder?

Beautiful house, but coming home on a rainy day on that slippery tile. Not good.

Nice exterior design look, but that front door in kitchen not my style. Bedroom are kind of small, and no walking closet and spa. The bedroom doors in dark not suitable for everyone. What the price on this home?
