I am not getting how you put on the second nut. Did you just use the nut to thread on to the copper?

Amazing idea! Would be even greater if you can find a way of precisely control the temperature on the soldering iron, so different thickness of pvc or different types of materials can be welded. Do you think, if possible to make something like that, the DIY way? Im very interested in your thoughts

Hello, you can partially control the temperature with the pull speed. However, you can use a soldering iron with temperature control. Thanks.

@@homemadeinvents3211 that its kind of a deceptive reply. There its no precise control in the pull, and buying a ready made gadget its not DIY.

@@TheOtherShoreOutdoors using a machine to do something other than its original purpose is considered out of the box and a great idea if successful specially when you live in a country that doesn't have a good economy or manufacture things as such like my country

Try it with a 250 w solder iron. Fast
