    I have been doing it for only two days and I saw amazing difference and improvement. I am doing his recommended exercises to back and knees too and they are not hurting anymore.

    I do banded shoulder exercies like these everyday. Dont sleep sleep on stability/ mobility exercises. Also dont underestimate resistance bands... arguably the most versatile and bang for your buck equiptment

    I added these to my routine shoulder warm up before presses and it’s a game changer. I feel so much more stable and my shoulder pain during and after has completely disappeared.

    I've been doing this exercise (only difference is that I go all the way up with straight arms on the banded press) for a couple of days and my shoulders and elbows have felt fantastic. Thanks for the tip.

    Game changer!! That one and the single DB press on a flat bench with a loop band around my wrists have transformed my shoulders from constantly aching to virtually no pain at all…. Ever!!

    @@jonpall3760 2 Times a week and 4-5 sets in a workout For accessories moments i mainly do rear delt work like face pulls and rear delt dumbell fly and also I swing Indian mace to keep my rotator cuff strong all these 3-4 sets once or may be twice a week

    Nice 👍🏻 ya I’m with ya on that one. I’ve been reading shoulders & building programs with your book in conjunction with a few other studies. Don’t worry, you’d approve. I’ve made amazing rehab gains in just a few days. This should add nicely. Just a bump in the road, but I thank you greatly. Sometimes it’s underneath the side of the pec against the ribs it seems.

    I have just started weight lifting, 7 weeks ago. First 4 weeks on arm days the instructor had me just use bands for my shoulder that was constantly in pain and popping out its socket even doing everyday tasks. My life is changed, shoulder stays in place and no pain anymore.

    Left has less external rotation mobility but has flexibility Much weaker left External rotation band drill holding 3s before raising into ohp position holding 5s (repeat for 5 Reps)

    I hurt my shoulder BENCH PRESSING when i was little. About 30 years later just learning about this. A few sets of different rotator exercises is literally the difference in extreme pinching pain 9/10 to 0/10. It's insane. Everyone should know this and make it mandatory if youre strength training

    There's a progression to extend from that finishing position to vertically overhead (if you have the rom without pain)

    I felt really strong almost painful contractions on this exercise which is a good thing because i have had no luck cueing external rotation in the past, something else always takes over and I can’t progress.

    Would this help with frozen shoulder (shoulder rotated forward and scapula following)? Gonna try it anyway. Couldnt hurt. But was wondering if frozen shoulder was his diagnosis.

    I'm trying to understand if this exercise must be done in the range of motion showed in the video or if I think extend the arms all the way straight over the head, another video concerning rehab of sovraspinatus inflammation/injury showed vertical arm extension overhead instead of ending the first half at 90 degree with vertical forearms. any answer is really welcome!

    Idk why PTs don't work together universally to heal people. Information needs to be shared and taught. To many PTs leave me hurting and never cute the problem. I'm left to finding KZread videos and self diagnosing. I wish our society would encourage free health support and somehow subsidize the fitness and health people.
