大学時代、造形に関する講義でボンド接着使おうと試行錯誤してた時に 「染み込ませようとか考えちゃダメ、ボンドは付けたいもの同士の間に固体として残り続けるものだよ」 ってアドバイス受けたの思い出しました

毎回思うけど本当にすごい！ 木材のコンペとか出してみてほしい

ボンドよりもレジンを流し込んで固めてテーブルにするとか綺麗になりそう。

Full disclaimer: I have never done woodworking before. But seeing the wonderful design you made run into trouble with glue I thought of something. I have seen some people on KZread soak the wooden handles of newly made hammers in linseed oil. Supposedly the oil makes the wood swell up and grip the head of the handle. So I thought, instead of using glue, why don't you join the wooden pieces together without glue and submerge it in linseed oil?

強度に問題出るかもだけど接合部の中心に穴貫通させて回転軸差し込んで軸中心で任意の角度に曲げれるように出来たりしないかなと思った多分そうなると回転用に回転半径考えた丸みを作らないといけないだろうけど

やっぱり白い木材は柔らかくて割れやすいから、硬い木材と接着する時は負担がかかりますねー 接着剤の水分が木材を膨張させちゃうし。 ガラスでも色が違うと膨張率が違うから接着すると冷却時に割れるっていうし。 段階踏んで一段ずつ接着していけば反りは減りそう。 あと、接着時の圧迫方向をX軸Y軸だけでなく、Z軸にも板を乗せて重しで圧迫した方が良さげ。 800g/平方cmは欲しいかも。 組んだ後のやつワイドサンダー使わないと平らにするのきつそう。 いっそのことコンマ数ミリの余裕をもってわざとスカスカに作って、レジンで固めて好きな形に組んだ方が、平らで思い通りの形に組みやすいのでは？

寄木細工のようで違うアプローチでやってきた物って感じがする 繰り返しの模様なら寄木細工の方は長いパーツで作ってからカットしてコピーしてますけどこっちはこっちで味があっていいですね

伝統文様みたいに美しいと感じる模様ですね…工字繋ぎとか矢がすりに通じる何かを感じます。 これはやる木繋ぎ…？

割れや反れが出てたのに仕上がりは全然挽回してますね！ ボンドの反れはやる木の木質と構造のせいでしょうかね。 エポキシで接着した場合もどうなるのか気になります。

0:25 水とかを吸わせた木材をビニールで包んで凍らせると保冷剤ができると思う。

このカンナ屑みたいなお菓子あった気がするけど思い出せないｗ 高級志向のやる木もいいですなぁ

The finished product almost looks like a board game. Very cool design.

遊び心がすばらしい！

The idea you had for a lamp or screen made of it. Maybe you could run a dowel through the yaruki pieces and the pieces inserted? like a bolt on a door hinge. If you did that the whole way through, it could keep the stack together and also let it fold open and closed.

実際に手を動かすわけではない素人発想だけど 寄木細工的な考えで行くと、全部直方体の木片にしてしまって、色と木目の組み合わせでやる木を表現するかな？ 機械的に同サイズの木片が出来上がるから、穴にぴったり嵌る嵌らないで難儀することがなくなる。 あとは手間を惜しまず一層ずつボンドで接着していくと、歪み回避になりそう。 尚、それでもゆがみが出た場合は、両端に負荷をかけるのではなく、漫画の単行本の歪みを直すみたいに面で重しをかけたい。

ボードの間に薄く色つけたエポキシ流し入れたら綺麗な天板になりそう！

I think most of your struggle is two fold. First, as you apply the glue, the wood is going to swell and with your tight tolerances will make it more difficult to put together. The second issue is hydraulic pressure from the glue. Your tight tolerance means there is nowhere for the glue to go. On the first piece you glued, you can see how the piece starts to bow. When you start to add the pieces on the other side, that glue is trapped and so the piece snapped. If you had allowed the main pieces to be a little wider or the small pieces to be thinner, I think you would not have had as much struggle. Hope this helps.

I was surprised that you did not accept 10.2-ish in the initial setup. Upon reflection, would this give enough room for glue and some play in the joints as the whole piece assembled? Congratulations to you on the learning you achieved.

That is a really nice design. I think a small amount of superglue would have held the pieces in place then you could flood the surface with epoxy resin.

濡らすぐらいなら煮て柔らかくした方が良い気がする 強度を気にし無いなら、接着剤を水に溶いて毛細管現象で吸わせてしまうとか

レッドシダーの木屑は靴とかに入れておくと吸湿と防臭になって良いぞ！！！

噛ませの木をもっと調整した上で、やる木とやる木同士を繋ぐ噛ませの木を縦1列に貫いた所に竹串みたいなのを入れれば、波状に変形できる何かにできそう

子供の知育おもちゃみたいな感じにできそう、レゴの木材版的な。 ……木はプラより重いからレゴみたいには流石にできんか。

This is like a more fun lincoln logs. More ways to play and create. The YARUKI is just a bit fragile when you compare it to thick lincoln logs, maybe not good for kids.

hola. Probablemente funcione mejor si usas pegamentos como el epoxico o el cianoacrilato, ya que el pegamento vinilico blanco es base agua. Pues ese contenido de agua hace que la madera se hinche y deforme al momento de pegarla. Por ello a veces es problematico ese tipo de pegamento en piezas delgadas propensas a deformarse por efecto del agua.

Видно, что немного не додумал. Получился конструктор для юного архитектора. Что касается столика, нужно сначала сделать прочную основу-рамку, а потом её заполнять вот такими штуками, как на видео. А идея неплохая, но не доработанная.
