I can't imagine how people can't see that they are slaves of the profitoriented greedy motherfuckers. And i can't imagine why people can't wake up and say we don't want to waste our time working when we can just produce things which lasts for 100 years.... Real engineering is dead!

Mais fantástico que a fabricação da lâmpada, é o cara que projetou e instalou cada uma dessas máquinas com precisão cirúrgica pra fabricação em massa das lâmpadas, já trabalhei em produção e uma enroscadinha é o suficiente pra travar tudoooooo!!

@@user-ih5lp5qd6s 한국도 저정도의 자동화 설비 설계 및 제작은 충분히 합니다. 오히려 독일이나 일본 보다 더 뛰어납니다. 다만 자동화 설비의 동작을 구현하는 프로그래밍 PC 즉 PLC는 지멘스나, 미쓰비시 기술이 안정적이여서 그 회사것을 사용 합니다.

Well there are always workers monitoring every movement and every step and they will manually take control or shut it down and fix it as soon as they see a problem

It's amazing to see number of quality control steps involved.

공장 설비는 기계마다 만든업체가 제각각이라 영상찍기가 힘들겁니다

They look high quality, extremely excellent!

H4 를 못봐서 아쉽지만 잘 봣습니다. 브릿지, 튜블레이터 , 실링, 이그저트스 , 캡핑, 페인팅, 마킹, 패킹 순서로 영상이 나왓고 실제 공정 순서 그대로 나와서 좋았네요. 설비들도 참 좋네요. 오래된 할로겐 장비특성과 최신장비들이 잘 혼합되어 잇는거 같네여. 이 사업을 오래하신분들이지 싶습니다. 잘봣습니다.

i remember in the 1980 i was working as an junior engineer at GTE Sylvania in Drummondville Quebec Canada , we had similar machines except no vision camera we were producing projector lamps flash incandescent lamp halogen lamps and a huge machine for fluorescent 4 feet ans 8 feet tubes . this video remember me good memory

It's a phosphor which converts UV light into blue light, while allowing visible light to pass through. At 11:55 you can see it working, it's visible as a blue haze in the glass when operating.

Those machines have been designed incrementally over many decades. The first machine probably only cut glass tubes then each next step module was designed and tested then added and so on until many decades later you have that incredible production line that probably never breaks down and only needs some maintenance one a year.

Should not touch the bulb with your fingers during installation as the oils on your skin may shorten the life of the bulb.

Itulah Korea, negaranya maju karena SDM nya yang gigih dan ulet, mesin mesin pembuat pertama mereka imfor lalu kesininya mereka buat sendiri dan terus dikembangkan. Budaya gila kerja orang orang korea memang gila pengalaman saya kerja di korea 10 tahun, budaya kerja di korea harus tepat waktu jam masuk harus tepat, kadang kerja lebih darin12 jam sehari, kadang bisa lembur sampai 24 jam .....

kkkkk eu fiquei pensando, é barato uma lâmpada, e ainda mais que o maior lucro vai para o varejo e não para essa fábrica.

Em um filme o aluno se pergunta ao professor " qual o propósito da humanidade " , professor responde , passar a informação adiante, imagina quantos anos se precisaram para chegar numa fábrica como essa, qtos erros e acertos, quantas pessoas envolvidas com seus conhecimentos, a muitos e muitos anos atrás.

It is amazing to see how automated the manufacturing process is. It seemed strange to me that at some point it was people who put the bulbs in the box and there was no machine doing this process.

I first thought the same but then came to think that it perhaps may be some small quality assurance reason for that since if something went wrong with the machines they could pack a huge number of lamps that were completely broken to pieces even which a human would instantly discover.

@@Stefan- with the hundreds of sensors and pictures being taken at regular intervals, I'm not sure that could happen. But she can't stop for anything. and if she has to toss one, that box continues and gets closed and packaged.

@@AffordBindEquipment She may certainly toss a box if she cant fill it in time and if the machine starts to produce a number of mangeled lamps you would surely stop it. I doubt the machine is intelligent enough to stop automativally because of what is in the pictures, more likely is that these are monitored by a person during manufacturing and/or used for evaluation of the manufacturing process. Anyway, its just my thoughts regarding this as someone that has worked in manufacturing of electronics although not on any automized line or anything and being an electronic service tech for 35 years.

Actually, there are about 30 or so people monitoring each step and process to ensure smooth operations of the machines and to stop and make corrections if something goes wrong
