They got married in 6 months. 6 months is rushed according to some people especially people who can’t make sound decisions after doing their due diligence. People who cannot make up their consider a 6 month period to be rushed. It’s easy to say that you shouldn’t rush AFTER you find the perfect eligible chivalrous caring bachelor who makes your life better and makes you optimistic. George Clooney did not wait for her. They got married within 6 months. They’re both adults with careers. They have a life to live. They’re teenagers waiting to be 18 to get married. Being smart and career oriented doesn’t mean compromising on love. How much time you spend dating has nothing to do with the quality of your marriage. There are youngsters who get married after years of dating and get divorced within 1 year. There is a staggering divorce rate irrespective of what age or time people get married. It is not the age or time that makes a happy marriage. It is the two people in it. A negative and miserable misogynist before marriage, will not magically change after marriage. A man who does not respect a woman as an autonomous individual, will not change after marriage irrespective of whether he’s 24 years old or 34 years old. The 10 year gap will turn him into a gentleman. Age and time, will always be a factor in every decision. There is such a thing as TOO LATE age-wise and time-wise. Delaying what needs to be done unnecessarily, for yourself is one thing but wasting the time of other people is downright vile, crude and evil. What makes you think other people agree with your thoughts on age and time? People who cannot handle marriage, do not have the right to stop or intrude in the life of those who can handle relationships. Amal can assess whether a man is a misogynist or not, within seconds. She does not need months or years to assess whether a man is good, kind, loving or decent. Decent people are decent 365 days a year. Their decency is bound to appear because it’s ingrained. The same goes for negative people and misogynists. You cannot hide who you are 365 days a year and who you have been for decades.

She is first time on stage and as she called on herself ,,being nervous'' yet I feel like she's sitting in a living room talking to you in such kind, comfortable and authentic way it makes you wanna listen to her more and more. Julie Mc my daughter is 20 and half middle eastern (from her dads side) and reminds me of her, I swear there is something in those Lebanese genes! At what time

I had the privilege of working around George Clooney while he filmed Michael Clayton. (Partly filmed at my office). He was incredibly down to Earth, kind and FUNNY, very funny. He had genuine concern for the well-being of the people who actually worked in the office and were displaced during filming. Truly a class act. Happy he and Amal found one another.

What I love is that George knows that he is extremely lucky to have her.

I remember the days George would always say he would never get married again. No wonder he changed his mind. So happy for both of them. How can you not love him?

Shaad Habib No. That the proplem comes when non arab muslims use some Arabic terms related to Islam. A'mal is with the letter ع Ayen = deeds. But Amal is with letter أ alif = hope. Ayenع is very difficul to prnounce for non Arabs, so they utter it as Alif. For Arabs , they are different words completely.

Novocastrian Winter Well, first of all, what would be the problem if Amal WAS transexual? You say this like it's an insult, but it's not. Moving along, though: Why is it you conspiracy-theory wonks think every non-alt-right female is a transexual? Seriously, are you _that_ perplexed and threatened by a woman who is educated, accomplished, with a high-level career which she achieved on her own and on top of it all, gracious? Wow is all I can say. What a speech. To have a love where you not only respect, love, cherish your partner but you also admire the human being they are. That is my utmost relationship goal. She is an admiration. Gorgeous, classy, so intelligent. Wow! It blows my mind.

His secret to being the man that he is, is do in part as to how he was raised. He has my total respect.

She's the epitome of class, intelligence and beauty!!!! Women like her should be celebrated more in the media vs. all the trash that's constantly being praised. If you have common sense, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about! These days women are praise for taking their clothes off on Instagram and posting scandalous photos. Anything to "break the internet". How does someone find such behavior attractive? When is the society going to start recognizing true meaning of beauty?!!! And it has nothing to do with looking fake/plastic or exposing your body!! There is nothing more beautiful/attractive than a person who is intelligent, educated, compassionate, caring, classy, well spoken, fights for human rights and most importantly - fights for animal rights! I truly hope that we can see a shift in perception of beauty and this whole era of "Instagram Models" will finally end! What exactly do they contribute to the society, besides selling slim tummy tea and waist trainers?!!! I'm not trying to put anyone down or knock them for their hustle. I'm simply saying that everyone tends to overlook women like Amal Clooney! I can't wait to see the day when the whole perception of beauty shifts. And I know that it will happen! Namaste 🤗💕
