Shouldn't get too hot of the AC line, relay is the way to go, only concern I would have is make sure that fan can vibrate from driving and get into your pulley or belt, other than that your dialed. If you could actually flip it over and get a couple short self tapping screws into the fender well to mount the fan to make sure it doesn't move that is what I would do. Or drill a couple small holes in the shroud so you could run a zip to another hose to keep it more stationary.

I think you will be okay with the fan being right there 👍🏿 The only thing I saw was from the last video I would try to put spacers under the 6K so that the fan can also blow underneath it 👌🏿

Yes I have some little grommet under there but they are not doing much when I get paid next week I'm going to order a dual amp rack and stack the two AAK's on top of each other

I understand the frustration of this all to well I actually went to every parts store in town and looked online and every single place I tried gave me a different belt size I eventually just waited until I had a full two day weekend off work and went out and took the belt and alternator off and measured it and took it to O'Reilly's and the lady behind the counter was able to read a faint number and come to find out the only people that make a belt for the car is Toyota and has to be bought at a dealership but they don't make any other size except the stock so I had to get the stock size and guess it almost 3/4 of an inch shorter I still have the box that my belt came in with the part number on it in case I ever needed another I will look after I get off work and send it to you

Ok I have the box I'm assuming you have the same vehicle as me and if so the belt I got came from NAPA auto parts and the part # 060448 and the belt size is 45-3/8" inches I hope it helps it works perfectly for me no charging issues or slipping reading 15.8 on the dash
