Grant Carlson: The phrase "gravy train", once an idiom to describe Sam's cushy upbringing, was initially planned to be the name of the episode. That all changed after the development of a new trend among the gay community who have named a new sex act after it in reference that can best be described as a fairly literal title. I am intrigued and aroused, and will be sure to try out one of these "gravy trains" tonight.
I'm sure Sam has a whole rant ready about how a trust fund doesn't mean you're spoiled necessarily.

@@samadams8533 you can be spoiled and not turn out a total dick. But having enough money to the point of private schooling, complete financial security while not having even a hs degree, and a trust fund definitely means spoiled. Maybe not with the negative affect most spoiled kids have but you cannot say that he would be where he is had he not been afforded all those generationally funded boons. Basically if your parents were rich enough to setup a trust fund for you, you didn’t go without during your childhood. I get what you mean but he’s still silver spoon spoiled sam.
