To be a bit more specific, the show is called Breaking News, the point is for the cast to act as news anchors while reading off a script they're reading for the first time, and whoever breaks the most (via smiling/laughing) loses. Sam is the owner/CEO of the company (the man with the brown beard in a suit laughing) and is a fairly left-wing guy to my knowledge (and from hearing others talking about him is just a genuinely good guy who's been nothing but a great boss, he even manage to get enough funds together to keep the company from going under, ehich I believe is when he took ownership as before he was an employee, though I may be mistaken on the timeline). So the joke is that they have to say some really ridiculous things about Sam and portray him as some sort of unhinged right-winger who only cares about wealth and hates the poor/working class, which is the exact opposite of what he's actually like. --Also Elaine, the woman with the short brown hair and the black jacket is his wife, which just makes it funnier.-- just saw the other person noted that as well
