Hello. I'm a new subscriber, and something about an altered composition book just really got my attention 😊. I'm a journaler, and write on a daily basis. I have health issues that I need to keep track of and recorded, so I have just regular notebooks that I've been keeping track in. Then seeing this, and with all the craze with junk Journaling, I thought it would be a great way to do both, and have some fun with it at the same time, with regards to decorating and all❤. What a great idea!! I really love this ❤. Now for something that's a bit of topic, and one of the recent health issues I've had going on, might possibly be similar to what you have going on, although I haven't been fully tested as of yet. I do know that it's related to needing to eat, but I'm having trouble figuring out what are the best foods to eat....do you have any suggestions? Just wondering.... Anyway, aside from that, thank you for sharing your creativity!! I really love this idea, and I'm so glad to have found you!!

Love the paper choice. Hope I can get one. Don’t ignore the glucose alarm!❤️ It will probably take a while after eating to bring sugar level up. I’m an old fashioned diabetic so I have to depend on my inner alarm for experience. Shaky hands if I’m low and sleepy when I’m high as well as slower thinking.

Just wait for tomorrow’s video. I made a bad boo boo and really had to use some Washi tape. If I knew how to edit, I would have been tempted to cut that part of the video out. 🤣

I haven’t seen using score tape for gluing the pages together before. I looks like a good way. Do you place the tape to the very edge of the page? You have a busy life! Thank you for your videos. 😊
