We're learning from actors and actresses playing their parts on millions of dollars sets for the big screen. They're trained to act the part. Long story short, if you don't have confidence inside no matter the glamour, the swaying, the broad shoulders, etc...etc... makes no difference. You're as good as you feel. Confidence = ALPHA

I am a Female Model. Started Modeling when I was 12. I was taught how to WALK. For a woman to have NATURAL sway. its very simple. Literally practice walking with One Foot In Front of the Other. If you try to force a sway - you will look obvious and silly. A mean walk - One foot in front of the other. One hand on your hip and Eye Contact when you walk in the room. Once entering the room. Make a 2-3 sec direct eye contact with the people that matter. Longer than 3 secs- communicates sexual interest. When yo break the eye contact - look to the SIDE, not down or up. That is how a woman owns the room. A walk like that, will make people across the room, notice you. You will literally exude a forceful energy, without saying a word. Women tend to use on average 7000 more words per day, than men. EDIT YOURSELF. Let your body do the talking and save your words. Speak when its time. Time to be funny, time to change the conversation into the one you intend to have, time add relevance. Women are often speaking without purpose, Which lowers the value of her words. Let your body language do the talking. And then your mouth will know how to seal the deal.

Really love your breakdowns. Please do Alpha traits on Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) from The Originals. Very good example I’m sure easier to understand since I’ve studied the character deeply. Your help is much appreciated thanks Shayan. I’ve watched all your videos carefully and I’ve definitely learned a lot.

I lived 47 years thinking I was generally defective. After a key diagnosis that changed my beliefs and attitude, and years of yoga to improve my carriage, posture, strength, and flexibility, I'm paying attention to how I carry myself and what it says. The chronic apology is gone. I'm no better or worse than anyone else, and now take up my rightful space in the world. Thank you for teaching these principles. I needed it.

Truly confident people don't mind being proved wrong. They feel finding out what is right is a lot more important than being right. And when they're wrong, they're secure enough to back down graciously. Truly confident people often admit they are wrong or don't have all the answers; intellectual bullies never do.

Well put. Don’t attach your identity to an argument or idea (or your ego for that matter). Stay malleable. Adjust your ideas and way of looking at life if a more rational explanation is found.
