Interesting, me and my wife are learning how to cook together. I think every man should cook as well.

Made this for lunch side dish today. I par boiled the potatoes in the microwave oven, skin on. This is the only change I made. DELICIOUS! Thank you.

this is absolutely beautiful that you have used no garam masala at all which I really liked about your recipe otherwise all you tubers use alot of masala for better taste. but they doesn't know you can cook daily food without masala with simple ingredients like you have used. that's why I liked your recipe . do share such masala free simple recipes always😊❤👍

Thanks, tried it today so simple like my mother use to make when I was kid and still in India. My mother had only 6 basic spices in her spice box and she did wonders. The simplicity of the dish made my memories fresh.

This was very tasty. My pan was sticking so I had to add 1/2 cup to make sure nothing burned. I also added some sabji masala and tomato. Thanks for the delicious recipe.

And i have challo inside my fridge and i don't to spoil it so i look for some Indian recipe online and i saw this video of yours. This voice remembers me railways station recorded voice.. but nice and professional.

Very nice and simple! I usually add chickpeas in this dish when I cook myself. Also turmeric and garam masal (though it's not like I have it thought out well, I just add the spices I like). Delicious dish whatever the variation though.

Thanks Chef for the recipe, it was my first try, very simple and easy, only mistake I did was added one and half spoon of red chilly powder, which made it spicy, but overall it was good, thanks once again.

You can add water immediately and turn it into a gravy based recipe that's what I did and I added some more salt and it wasn't that spicy anymore

It was so amazing! In the terms of my boyfrined..."crushed it". I wanted mine to turn out to be a bit more saucy so I added a Tbsp butter, and 2 Tbsp cream..amazing!
