ALMOST READY To Fire Up the New ENGINE For the First Time in the NASKART!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Hey Guys, Migs Here! In today’s video, we are back working on the half scale NASCAR, and mounting it’s new engine out of the motorcycle, a 1980 Honda CB750C, with engine mounts I made! Also, I run the wiring harness, installing the carburetors, putting back on the wheels and more to ensure everything goes to plan, and it’s already almost ready to attempt the first start with it placed in the NasKart! Thanks for Watching! Please Subscribe, Like, Comment and Tell Your Friends About the Channel!

I was so hyped to watch this whole series but now after this last vid I'm concerned....he cut that cross brace off the cage that keeps the rear end square the idea of cutting a slot into that overkill tubing might not cause any issue right away but vibrations over time might become a problem combined with the heat when he could have just made gussets which he should do anyway. He didn't want to rush the build but now I feel like he is trying really hard to work faster then his skill level...

Your building it in the wrong order, you are meant to get the sprockets on and chain on and then line it all up. Then you need to build the exhaust before you put the wiring in because then you know where the exhaust is and won’t put any wires near it that will get burnt. Because if you put the wires in now then you exhaust will have to go around them and not flow as well. (Do the exhaust first)

Great build. You may get alot of vibration from the engine. Poly urethane mounts would help alot and polyurethane mounts for the seats. And somehow for the steering wheel would make this thing ride like a dream.

you can still connect the old wire tree to the rear light and headlight, but then to new andre lamps and then you can also drive it in the evening and if you also mount the flashing lights, maybe if it is possible in your country a license plate get it for it.
