I always go back to that episode cause that part is funny also the angel of san bernidino when he doesnt sleep. I love when chloe is like “just dont sleep 😅🙄” and he says “hold on, rhat is an excellent plan detective! I’ll just never sleep again 😃”

I think he played knocking on heavens door for father Frank. When father Frank started playing before their awesome piano team up, father Frank was playing it.... Then Lucifer asked if he knew a more upset song (don't think he said upbeat, but something equivalent.)

This show has some of the most perfectly picked music I've ever known. Each scene seems to be perfectly represented by the song playing, which really supports and fills out the atmosphere. My favourites are The Unforgiven, All Along the Watchtower, Creep and When he plays Knockings On Heaven's Door at the end of the episode with Father Frank, but literally every one of them is perfect.

I think my favorite time a song was performed was All Along the Watchtower, Creep and Wonderall were some of the best, but for anyone in the 2000s those songs are pretty much expected, All Along the Watchtower shocked me when I heard it because before I started watching I watched clips of the show and never expected it

The whole point is that Lucifer IS AN ANGEL his whole devil persona is because everyone including his brothers for thousands of years believed he was evil and therefore created this vision to personify and reflect that evil. This show really makes you think at least in the span of this universe why the devil is misunderstood.

The part at 2:33 really gets to me. Lucifer was giving the priest a hard time for playing that song but after the priest dies Lucifer sits alone when he thinks nobody is watching and plays it. Lucifer really cared about the priest and he enjoyed the time he spent with the priest.

I’m glad to see that Lucifer has got other hobbies other than s*x

I am so glad that Tom got the part as Lucifer. He kept it professional and you can feel Lucifer's pain you just sympathize with him.

the second “i ran to the devil” in sinnerman just makes me so happy it’s hard to explain

Lucifer singing Frank Sinatra is something I didn’t know I needed in my life until I saw the episode

I started shipping lucifer and chloe so hard after they played heart and soul that scene made it for me.

"Sad lucifer playing piano" always brings tears from eyes...

That'd kill the character of Lucifer being on a show that's heavily censored....

I love the first two numbers best. "Sinnerman" draws you in, and that piano duo is amazing. It's so much fun to see him having a genuinely good time.

PLEASE more singing and playing piano scenes in season 5. There's a good amount in the first couple seasons but later on they're very few and far between

How could you forget him playing "Moonlight Sonata"? It was briefly before Maze interrupted him, but it was awesome!!

ok when he sang creep he was definitely at his best vocally...every time I watch and listen to that scene I literally get chills

A Priest walks into a Bar is definitely my favorite season 1 episode and might be my over all favorite from the entire series thus far

he truly has the voice of an angel

The sheer charisma tom ellis has allows him to play the perfect lucifer and his natural stage prescence only adds too that.
