Respect to Nick, his polite and safe driving is likely the reason that Porsche is still rolling... oh and the 3 engines... 👍

The car doesn`t need a driver anymore. It has done so many laps that it finds its way alone ...
This guy is so smooth! and minimal brake inputs. He's ready for endurance racing
Smooth. VERY smooth. Smooth inputs to all the controls, smooth line on the track. Not beating up the car at all, yet turning some serious speed, anticipating two or three corners forward at all times. This is how you do it. Thanks as always for sharing, Misha! -Ed on the Ridge

The fact that the car is used so much is mindblowing. Congrats to the owner!
That has to be the smoothest Porsche in the world. No drama. It just hopped along happy without any issues.
I see Porsche. I click. I am a simple man. I love your vids Misha!!
Now that was some seriously relaxed, soft and fast Porsch´ing from Nick-Sensei . Thank you very much, Nick and Misha !
950 laps on the ring. I'm sure he can drive around blindfolded. Great driving 👍👍
I'm sure the engine, gearbox, suspension parts have been replaced many times, but still getting surprised that the chassis still strong enough to hit on track!
What a nice and relaxed lap! By no means slow, but very controlled and precise on the spot. You can really see what a experienced driver with a well build car is capable of!
What a great lap in a wonderful car. I really liked the mature driving style with smooth throttle control and minimal gearshifts. It's easy to see there's a few hundred thousand k's on the driver too. 👍✌️
Fantastic car and Kudos to Nick for being funny and awesome. Thank You Misha for the usual quality content
That Renault 5 story 😂 poor car tho
Man that was SMOOTH! lovely lap, looks like he's just cruising along👌
I love the gear ratio on this car, it's like it's meant to be driven on the ring. The owner drives so smooth too
That is a very quick 996 - the acceleration out of the corners is very impressive - and very smooth.
That was one of the smoothest drives that I've seen around that track...!
Masterful driving, perfect 8/10 pace. Man, machine and track in perfect harmony.
What a car. What a build. Amazing passion on this dude.
He's spent roughly 25-26k euro ONLY for entry on Nordschleife. Wow. Just WOW.

Great driving. Nice and smooth, obviously plenty in reserve 👍🏼
I had a mildly modded 996 GT3 including a Manthey K400 upgrade. Great car and much missed. This is my dream GT3, a 996 with a 4 litre engine. Great driving.

Proper lap, composed and tidy. Very nice to watch. I've just discovered your channel. Suscribed.
listen to that super responsive engine, feels like I'm watching Nick's right leg controlling the throttle. Awesome video!
loved the 996 ever since i was a kid watching the scene from gone in 60seconds where they steal the 911 from the showroom
3rd engine, good lad ! Always liked the 996 variant & this tidy example shows it's class well !
Your videos have something special. Can’t put my finger on it, but your videos are the most exciting to watch compared to dozens of others recording laps I’ve seen. I feel like I’m in the seat! Maybe it’s your handheld camera work shoot eye level which provides authentic movement compared to a fixed rig. Whatever the formula is, Keep up the great work! Also really appreciate you laying out the costs involved in other videos.

About 15,000km on the 4.0, so just starting to losen up . The .2RS 'box had less that 2K km on it when this was filmed. Still getting used to the way they work together which is why some of the down-changes are a bit mis-timed. Muscle memory is a bitch when it's been ingrained over 12 years! I have averaged about 20 trackdays per year over the 12 years I've owned the car.

@@user-sx6qh3xd9g For that sort of use, they have a completely bulletproof engine & gearbox. There's a 997.1 GT3 in the UK with over 160K road miles (260K KM) that drives like new. Everything is vastly over-engineered for the road, these things are meant to be driven on a track. The suspension & brakes have weaknesses but you only see that when when you drive on track
