Allan...my teenage idol, plastered all over my bedroom wall lol. Loved The Hollies..but never the same without Allan for me. Great to hear this Podcast..thank you.

Allan Clark ist für mich einer der besten Sänger und seine Music mit den Hollies begleiten mich schon ein Lebenlang. Dafür möchte ich mich hier mal von Herzen bedanken.

@@volkerwotzel8592 da gebe ich die zu 100% recht mit Volker. Ein Allan Clark und Hollies Fan bis zum letzten Atemzug. Hört sich blöd an, aber den letzten Weg den ich gehe begleitet mich die Musik von den Hollies.

@@heinzkr.8659 Mich auch, habe mir schon einen schönen ruhigen Song ausgesucht! Ich kann diese tollen Songs nicht genug hören, einfach ein Genuß. So was findet man heute nicht mehr! Einmal Fan immer Fan seit Anfang an treuer Fan! 👍👍👍❤️

Tony was a bully in 1955 in Nelson lancs pendle. I. 5 years old me comeing home from school got him back with a friend 🤣 from Lancashire England UK pendle lovely
How sad he's one of the greatest singers of the era and never had a recognition. Dennis DeYoung, Kevin Cronin and other power balladeer should quote him as a clearly influence (they sound). The only singer I know that have included him on his influences is Rod Evans from Deep Purple (Mark I).
