You are not alone, i am also having depressed, the worse is this two last year from 2022-now i still take the medicine and go to the psychiatry, i had to go through this alone, and through this hardest time i've also find out that my surrounding friends are toxic 😅🤦🏼‍♀️🥹 I have been jobless since december'22 Just hopping that Jesus can lead me through this situation 🙂 I am glad that i can get to know Jesus Since i was from another religion 😌 After all, i feel the depression is a step back moment in my life, and i can see clearly about my self.., my surroundings & bravely to handle it, also find the way to love my self more 😊 Everything happend because of the goodnes of God Praise the Lord 😇🙏🏻

I feel so alone and so not alone all at the same time. This music brings back sad memories and the good ones. I'm lying here scared of the future, yet so excited. I found a lump this evening and all I keep thinking is I can't leave my beautiful boy. I hope this music sends me to sleep like it usually does
