Amen to that. I wasn't even supposed to be here to begin with . I was 4 months premature. Weighed 1 pound 11 ounces when I was born. 80 percent chance of death but by the grace of God and amazing doctors at Loma Linda. I am here. Now after 40 years of life time to answer the big question why??? I have come too far to quit now!!! God please help me find my purpose and make me feel less empty.

Claro que sí saldrás de esto con la ayuda de DIOS.año y medio con crisis me costaba respirar,y hace dos meses no tomo antidepresivos y estoy mejorando tratando de entender y manejar con conocimiento lo que le pasa a nuestra mente!!y no me han vuelto pero hago mucho ejercicio eso también me ayudado mucho DIOS TE DE MUCHAS FUERZAS QUE saldrás de esto. y por aparte te recomiendo escuches a Enrique Villanueva* en la Ansiedad me tiene miedo* un gran hombre que vivió la ansiedad y muy profesional, cono ningún otro, te ayudara y estoy 100% segura que sanará escuchalo y ya lo veras! yo bendigo el di a que lo encontre, estaba tan triste y sin esperanza pues muchos años de pasar ansiedad, pánico medicamentos, Doctores psiquiatras, psicólogos y algunas terapias que si me ayudaron pero el premio mayor es de Enrique Villanueva, búscalo en you tuve con su nombre, empieza a escucharlo y veras empezar a sanar desde ese primer dia, yo creo que Diosito lo puso en esta tierra para ayudar con la ansiedad! vas a estar bien ya lo veras!❤ búscalo con el video que mas necesites, pero hazlo!! bendiciones!❤

Hola Vero!!! Refugiate en Dios, cuentale tus problemas. Jesús es nuestro, excelente amigo, el que nunca nos falla y siempre nos escucha, nos comprende. Ve a una iglesia, quedate un buen rato ante el Sagrario, expresale todos tus males a Jesús Eucaristía. Veras que poco a poco tendrás paz , te sentirás mejor. Yo tengo 2 años con mi transtorno de ansiedad, y único que me calma es Jesúes Eucaristía trato dr ir a misa todos los días y comulgar. No es fácil pero con Dios lo podemos todo. Cuando te den tus ataques de anciedad, haz ejerciocio de respiraciones y repite: Todo lo puedo en Jesús que me conforta, o Jesús confío en tí. Esto te ayuda mucho. Que Dios te colme de abundsntes benficiones🙏🙏. Te mando un fuerte abrazo.

Es difícil dormir cuando cada noche sufres de ataques de ansiedad o simplemente por el echo de estar estresado no puedas dormir. Esta canción cambió mi vida. Quién me hubiera dicho a mí, un joven "gringo", que hoy estaría alabando a Dios en Español! Sin duda es un video muy especial para mí personalmente. Marcó el inicio de mi ministerio, y todavía no puedo creer que ha sido de tanta bendición para millones alrededor del mundo. Hace 6 años perdí al ser más hermoso que pudo existir en esta vida, ‘’mi madre” el cancer de mama la venció 😞 siento un dolor en mi corazón desde ese día, pero con esta melodía pienso en el maravilloso lugar que se encuentra ahora, acostada en pastos verdes, donde no hay dolor ni sufrimiento!!
