Chronic fatigue can and will strike with or without warning. Listen to your body, do what it says. Rest, eat well and don't stress over things you can not change. God bless each of you. Sweetest dreams. I sincerely love all of you.

My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.
