I was in Japan just a week ago and watching these videos remembering all the locations is awesome! Personally I think the food that was in Osaka and Kyoto was way better value and better flavour aswell although I did have some good food in Tokyo. Great video Jimmy!

The sushi place still looks like a decent meal. If I went there i'd remove excess rice from each sushi, collect them, order meat, then eat the rice with the meat at the end lol

I am not a high meat eater. I am interested in lots of quality vegetables varieties for steamboat Vegetables (my favourite): Enoki, Watercrest, Shitake, Brown Shimeiji, King Mushrooms, Tong Ngo, Water Spinach (morning glory), Spinach, White Cabbage, Baby Bok choy (cut half), Fresh oyster mushrooms. Other steamboat products: pork balls, salmon balls, fish balls, white soft taufu block, jelly fish, prawns, cuttle fish, squid, marinated chicken meat and pork slices meat (deboned drumstick or thigh or Wholeleg) Meat Marinate Seasoning: thin ginger slices, oyster sauce, fried garlic & oil, shaoxing wine, little sugar, little corn starch, light soy sauce. Fish Meat: Goliath Garoupa Fillet (Marinate same). Soup Base: Can be anything for convenient or traditionally boil soup base. Best Home Made Chilli Sauce Recepi and Dipping Light soy Sauce (with mince green onion hot oil pour, salt and fried garlic. I perfer light soy sauce, best for dipping fish fillet). Well you must say its impossible eat alone & to prepare so troublesome. Well it's possible, in our hometown, we have steamboat grill buffet even one person can eat. Price so cheap, just RM50 (around just below US$12) eat all you can no time frame

First time I tried shabu shabu I kept dropping my meat into the stock/water bowl, so the staff had to give me fresh stock/water a few times. My Japanese’s friends had fun laughing at me. I love shushi, yakitori & okonomiyaki. Also love the all you can eat pizza restaurants in Japan, I found one for 1500yen, that’s the price we pay for 1 pizza in Australia yet I could eat as much Pizza as I liked in Osaka.
