  As someone who works hard in bodybuilding, the thumbnail is misleading to a point where it strikes as false advertising or misleading those who don’t know any better, all for views no less and that whole “Get fit quick” spiel The fact that people in the comments section needed to clarify things and provide nuance is already a red flag. I get that this video is a year old by this point but it still sends the wrong message to those that want to change for the better but aren’t seeing the results shown here. This ain’t it

  I wish they had this in America but they don't have anything that is overnight. People here have ruined it for everyone else. We can't keep good things here in America because of heartless people here. New subscriber here. I never tried real rice cakes before the authentic kind.
