Tokyo Restaurants in Japan - There is a popular style of eating in Japan I think most of the Western world is missing out on. And that is Shabu Shabu, or Japanese style of hot pot. You can choose from a selection of meats and vegetable, which you cook at your table in your choice of broth. Then you can dip those meats and veggies in some dips that you create yourself. I think this way of eating is so much fun and healthier. So, in today’s episode I want to show you a popular chain restaurant that offers you shabu shabu buffet at a very affordable price.
Shabu-yo has many locations throughout Japan (several in both Tokyo and Osaka), and you can choose from different meat courses for your buffet experience. Also, Shabu-yo offers waffles and cotton candy for dessert, making my dining experience so much better. If you find yourself in Japan, look for a shabu shabu restaurant and give it a try.

Yes, until you've tried shabu shabu, you have no idea what you are missing out on. Would eat here often, if we lived in Japan.
I’m futile person I’ve never taste cotton candy in my whole life…I showed to my husband and he basically impressed,though.

When we visit my sister in LA we eat at Momo Paradise near Redondo Beach.
That looks good. I like the choices and how I can control; how it os cooked.

Food is good quality and fun environment to eat. I would go back again and again, if I lived in Japan.

Shabu Shabu is so much fun. And the kimchi broth actually tasted like kimchi, making it extra tasty.

Udon is my favorite kind of Japanese noodle. #2 is soba.

しゃぶ葉は数年前に一度行った事があります😊 2000円以下でしゃぶしゃぶが食べられるのはいいですよね👍 ランチはリーズナブル‼️

I love shabu shabu, last time I tried Nabezo now named Mo Mo. That japanese beef so yummy. But the price a bit pricey. For 2 person almost ¥ 10000. I will try this Shabuyo when I am at SHIBUYA station. Thank for this info.

Shabuyo is a basic hot pot, but still delicious and fun experience. You can also choose a premium meat course, that is also an option as well. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
I went to shabu- yo in Sugamo , I kind of I have a feeling that you could have sushi with your meat,free of charge , ..eat time you selected your meat on that tablet, the word “NEXT” was on the right and you COULD of have 6 to 8 different sushi plate , …. I just watch some footage of that on my phone and I’m like DAMN …!!!!!
