His hip rotation is insane- would watch his lower half and how he’s able to generate power. Something everyone can learn from
How many times should i do leg strength, speed, and receiver drills each per week? Right now I seperate each. What do you recommend?

During off-season I split it into sections. I have about 2 months after season where I focus on hypertrophy and gaining size along with plyometrics and agilities. Closer to season I begin my cardio and conditioning. However if I’m doing hypertrophy and gaining size I do legs Monday, upper body Tuesday, cardio and sprints Wednesday, lower body Thursday, push day Friday, pull day Saturday, plyometrics and routes etc. on Sunday. Good luck man keep up that grind!

That sounds smart and I’ve never thought of dividing it into months. Right now I’m just focusing on everything

We have an off season schedule that you can follow that maps all of that out because it really depends on the amount of work you do in each session. Here is the info below ⬇️ www.firstdowntraining.com/product-page/ultimate-8-week-wr-training-schedule
