Nah, as shown by Ayda and Gilear, characters usually only get fleshed out if the PCs spend time interracting with them. I doubt Dayne had anything more than a basic outline for his personality, the same way that Ragh was just generic bully with gay crush until the Bad Kids spared him after their fight with Coach Daybreak.

Ragh was such a fucking menace the first half of season 1 😭
