The greatest quarterback who ever lived
What's crazy about his 2004 season is his 9.9% TD percentage. He got pulled early a lot of these games. Dungy should have let him break the single game record as well.
The Colts really had the perfect offense. I think if Manning hadn't been pulled in some of those games, he could have had 8-10 TD passes in a game. When you can get 6 in a half, you are on fire. Look at those weapons. Harrison, Wayne, Stokely, Clark, Pollard and James. That is a Madden lineup right there.
Thank you for ALL the Colts uploads. COLTS fans are lucky to have you. Watching Peyton in a Colts uniform never gets old.
May I remind you in 2013 he had 9 td passes in two games, in 04 he didn’t get 9 until week 3. That shows you how different those offenses were
Peyton Manning > Tom Brady
I swear the colts must've put a computer chip in Peyton's brain and gave him a robotic right arm, cause he looks like a QB machine in these clips. Perfect reads and throws. His record is doubly impressive considering this was before todays pass friendly rules and modern sophisticated offenses
And then 9 years later, he regains as the all-time leader in passing touchdowns in a season when he pass 55 touchdowns passing Tom Brady’s record of 50 in 2007.
The amount of wide open touchdowns is mind-blowing.
As a Steelers fan Peyton Manning is my all time favorite QB in NFL's History
I remember this season, that offense was electrifying. Between Harrison, stokley, Clark, james, pollard, and wayne. And they truly made it look easy. Could only imagine how much fun it was being a fan during a home game.
The old games were such high scoring with Peyton..
And don't forget that Peyton set the record in 15 games. He played just one drive in the final game.
Finally!!! All of Peyton's 2004 TDs in great picture quality. Thanks for posting, you're the Best!!
Peyton Manning has the best throwing motion I’ve ever seen. When he throws the ball, it’s like art.
I could watch this all day.
I marvel not only at Peyton and the Colts offense, but at the transition underway in broadcast technology at this time. Look at the difference between the SD and HD games! We forget how amazing HD looked back then.
"PEYTON MANNING HAS CAPTURED A PIECE OF NFL HISTORY!"
Was at the Jacksonville home game when I was a kid, it truly was an amazing experience it would get so quiet when the offense was on the field such an great team
If he played the entire season every quarter he would’ve had damn near 60
