I think the RX5 is a nicer looking bow.

I really like this vlog you did between the RX-5 vs RX-7. I just can't figure you out how you review bows. The RX-7 is dead in the hands and I get a lot of other people agreeing with me but I don't know how you are finding it in that bow but one thing I can agree with you on is that if you already have the RX-5 then it is not worth upgrading to the RX-7 unless you have money to burn or you just want the latest and best. Keep up the great work buddy 👍

Great video Shot both rx7 and rx5 and hands down rx7 is the better bow Shot the rx7 ultra and placed my order that day for a buckskin rx7 ultra

Not gonna lie I think the same. The RX7/8 risers are real slick but the 3-5 riser just looks cool as hell.

That Sitka Elevate 2 is a Beautiful color on any bow to me. I purchased a new old stock Rx4 turbo in realtree with black limbs for 800 yesterday. Couldn’t beat price and enjoyed as well as RX7.

Im looking for a bow. And I was gonna get a Torrex but then they dropped these ones. So I started looking at the ventum pro 33. I know everyone different but if you were me would you put the extra money into the 33 or just go with the Torrex.

If you have the money, and want to spend the money, the 33 is a better bow. If you want a great bow at a cheaper price, the Torrex is a good bow as well.

Should I go RX7 ultra instead of RX7? This is my first bow, just finished my archery class last month. I’m a Western BC, Canada hunter, mainly for elk. What’s ur advise?

@@maxhunter953 I realize I am not the person you asked this question, but I can at least try to answer your question. I own an RX-1 as well as an RX-5 Ultra currently. I am contemplating upgrading to the RX-7 Ultra. My draw length is 29,5". The reason why I went for the Ultra version for the 5, and will again for the 7, is that with my draw length and my height (6'2"), the string angle on the regular RX-1 makes it so I have to bend my neck slightly to get an additional anchor point where my nose touches the string. That is not an issue with the Ultra, as the string angle on a longer axle-to-axle bow is more open. What you ought to do is go to a retailer and try out the RX-7 vs the RX-7 Ultra. Depending on your height and draw length, you may prefer the larger Ultra. If you are not that tall, and your draw length is slightly shorter, you can save $50, and you get a little bit of extra speed on the RX-7. Bear in mind that longer axle-to-axle bows tend to be more forgiving. They also tend to have a higher brace height, which in turn also adds to the bows forgiveness. Hope this helps! // Nick

Hoyt torrex XT you won’t regret and you will safe fortune

You rated these bows a C and a C- why rate them so low? Is there something better out there? 25/35 and 26/35 are really low scores

Just upgraded my bow for the first time from a beginner Martin threshold. Literally had no bias or budget and tested both the rx5, rx7, a ventum 30, and a Matthews V3. I liked the feel of the hoyts better than the Matthew’s, and I ended up going with the ventum 30. There’s absolutely no weight difference between the rx5 and ventum, the ventum has less vibration than both the rx5 and 7, and it’s the cheapest of them all. Get a ventum

Rx7 looks cheaper.
