I don’t think u messed up the sand..it looks awesome..I just finished a double page spread in Fragile World…it take forever and a day…The fact that u finished all these pages and did such a fantastic job; shows all your dedication, hard work,and determination! Thank you! I'm glad that in one book I can use watercolors, it helps to color boring parts such as background quicker, and to concentrate on more in red resting things. And in other Kerby's books I also color relatively quickly even when picture is full of tiny details - I can easily imagine color palettes for his pictures, so I don't have to spend long time suffering on color choices 😉

All your artwork is gorgeous!!! The unicorn is really special! I love the pages with the purple shells & instruments!!!! The page with penguins was terrific! The mommy penguin with her baby are precious! Love from Vermont

Thank you! Sometimes I feel intimidated by the size of his spreads, I can imagine them in full color, but when I count amount of time and patience I would need to color them properly, well... that's frightening

Thank you! No, I never use gesso, I don't like how grainy all my pencils look on top of it. Sometimes I just cover lines with pencils (if I use dark colors and soft creamy pencils like Prismacolors). But more often I use opaque acrylic markers in colors matching color of the pencils. I have Posca, Arrtx and TooliArt acrylic markers, and I use them if I need to mask lines.

Faber-Castell has two series, 'Polychromos' are oil-based color pencils, and 'Albrecht Durer' series are aquarelle, water-soluble pencils. Colors are the same for both series. I use regular, non-water soluble pencils, Polychromos

Did you do the page off books with the waterfall? I never colore books, can you help me started? Please

I was thinking ..books vinted with pastel colors...muted...and than the water a deep fushia...color that goes in teal turquoise ocean...with paint and White waves....but i never did a kerby...and its scarry me...
