Architechs just build whatever they draw and not think of the small details, engineers have to think of heinous ways to make everything fit because the architect won't change plans because " they don't want it to look bad"! Then construction workers have to "literally" bend backwards and hang over edges to put all the drawing and plans into action. But yes tell me how I'm wrong. Dad lived up in the skyscrapers 1.7th million floors penthouse and he went to the grocery store to get some milk, but had to walk from the 1.7th million floor down to grocery floor which was about 500 thousand floors away by stairs because the elevator's buttons were not working. He was the dad who went to get the milk but never reached to that grocery store because it was just too far away.

This should prove that the world is not overpopulated. Cities are. Every time I leave the city I'm amazed at just how much space there is and quiet and how empty roads are out of cities.

I think there would be a hierarchy for the floors. The lowest floors and outer part of all floors with windows would be considered the most luxurious. Lowest because they are closer to the gates so they will have the control over the food and supplies. Outer part of all floors will have sunlight and fresh air, for which people will pay anything. While the inner parts of all floors will be for the poor. No sunlight or fresh air, no say or control over the supplies. The epicenter of crime and misery.
