Spent all the budget on HC's tea-pouring animation, forgot they still needed to draw the ice cream, decided to improvise.

i love how the cones aren't drawn in, just edited in making it look like someone edited clips from the show instead of actual ads

@@yateedhanekar8129 A few more (and more elaborated) were made outside the episodes and you can find them on KZread. Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng were also eating this new format in one of the 1st season episode, when they are in Caiyi during the Gusu studies.

I once told my friend about TGCF, and they said that San Lang’s name sounded like the beginning to that one Chinese ice cream ad with John Cena. Can’t believe that actually kinda came true lmao 💀

Not to be pedantic, but that John Cena video was actually a promo for the Fast and Furious movies; I would be extremely confused if hualian made an appearance in one of those. Mostly because the only other thing I know about the F&F series is that "family. family. family." Tiktok...

fergod's sake someone teach Gege how to cook. Saw an ep where he added all these vegies to a pot and said it was going to cook for hours. I YELLED at my computer screen... NOOOOOOO hahahaha

Pu'er is a fermented tea with a very earthy/floral flavor profile! I've never had it myself, but a quick search made me realize the specialty tea seller I like actually does sell it; I'll have to request a sample.

I think the brand is around in the US, but this specific promotion is regional only 😭 Very unfortunate, as frozen goods like these aren't exactly easy to import.
