Sundae and the lantern definitely looks like it's pushing towards insidious chapter. the word sundae on the dreaded Wikipedia, shows sundae ( /ˈsʌndeɪ, ˈsʌndi/) is an ice cream frozen dessert of American origin. The Word sundae also translates into sandei or sandi. Both these words relating too the insidious posters or covers. Always highlighting the S and I in red pulling from the word's Sandei or Sandi? I actually think Slaughter Sinema 2 could be “COBBLER,” and the Black and White House could be “DOUGHNUT” (assuming it’s “Tribute to Terror.”) Because COBBLER could be a play on word for CORN on the COB (Get it…CORN…POPCORN,) and Slaughter Sinema is notorious for featuring CORNY movies. As for “DOUGHNUT,” if it’s themed to the Boris Schuster section of the comics, the code could be a reference to the famous troupe of “Cops loving to eat Doughnuts. “ Boris is a cop in some ways.

@@SilentHillMyHome Agreed about Cobbler. The word itself sounds phonetically similar to the word "Goblin," so there you go. Donut= Slaughter Sinema. Donuts are usually ordered in an assortment, like the assortment of B- movies which will be featured in 'Slaughter Sinema.'

I think I am dead certain on what they actually are. One thing to note is that these locations and names switched from the first to second map, so if they were linked to the old houses the Doughnut would be Silent, in which case “there was a hole here, it’s gone now” is a Silent Hill quote to hang on to. But that’s not what this is. Sundaes are a lovely ice cream treat that come in a whole bunch of flavors, but are always typically served in tulip shaped glasses. Tulip. With a lantern like that, the best link is the prominent song ‘Tiptoe Through the Tulips’ in Insidious. As for Doughnut? Firstly, I’ve come to realize Popcorn isn’t related to The Usher at all, people are simply getting…. Trapped in that line of thinking. Secondly, I think its meaning is close to the one I had for Silent Hill above; there is a HOLE here, but you’ll have to delve deeper underneath the surface to see what really lies inside of it….

Sundae being like “Sunday” and relating to religion/demons/etc would be cool, whether it’s Insidious or something else. Donuts being like an anthology house would be fascinating to see come true. All the code names just break my brain lol.

I’m looking forward to looking back on these names and seeing the actual connections between them and the houses!!

As long as we keep that information, if it’s real, a secret from the public. We aren’t fans of leaks and want things to be a surprise for the whole community. That’s what makes the announcements and speculations special.

Honestly I’m excited for HHN every year regardless of the lack of announcements. The day after the night we go I’m already missing it and ready for the next year 😅

Now that 'A Quiet Place' has been confirmed, which codename do you think corresponds to it? I'd lean a little towards "Pudding," as it is a dessert that makes nearly no noise when eaten, not like the "Crunch" of a cookie or pie crust or things of that nature.

We honestly don’t know, but when watching the films, we didn’t find anything to help in that search unfortunately.

Might be some far stretches but I think Flan might be Ghostbusters? Flan is a sort of slimy/jello-like dessert and it could relate to like slimer or just like that slime ghosts leave?

Also with what we have w/ og houses and quiet place Quiet Place: Cookies (I want to think they gave like a loud dessert to a house thats supposed to be quiet 😭) Triplets: S’more (Usually have three ingredients triplets come in 3) Slaughter Sinema: Donuts (Same reason said here, an assortment of donuts like an assortment of movies) Major Sweets: Pie (One because its rumored to be in f&f which is my main reason 😭 but also pie is the largest dessert here and you can put really anything you want in it which would fit with MAJOR because its big idrk) Goblins Feast: Cobbler (Rhymes with gobbler and theyre gonna gobble you up or HOB GOB lin) Monsutros: Fudge or Pudding not rlly sure I jus want it to be a soundstage Night at the museum: not rlly sure but i THINK baklava Leaves us with Fudge pudding flan(ghostbusters like i said earlier) and sundae.

Never thought of Cookies for A Quiet Place, but it definitely could be the case with your reasoning! Cookie crumbles or crunches like the footsteps in the film maybe??

Plus, Donuts is plural which makes me think more of Slaughter Sinema. But, awesome video as usual. 🧡💜

'Donuts' can't be Usher simply because that's an IP house annd Donuts is earmarked original. I'm leaning into Slaughter Sinema not only because it seems likely that they want to do another as a test bed house for future projects again, but you can refer to a spare tire as a donut, and the Sinema is a drive in. Yeah, it's a reach but any connection will be....

Good question, something we have never considered before. Honestly may have to dive back into some past ones and dissect them!

They're keeping pretty quiet on the houses this year. The cryptic videos about underground and whatnot are not giving much to help. My guess is that we're gonna get Five Nights At Freddy's this year. There was huge demand last year for the small exhibit in Hollywood and I know a lot of people would love it. Can't say how it'd link to any code names though lol. I have zero clue what anything is gonna be this year, but I'm gonna be there for it!!

Ok, so this is real tinfoil hat but… what if the lantern is a hint to a Fiend house in honor of Bray Wyatt? What if that’s what the hidden messages and QR codes on Smackdown and Raw have been leading to?
