I apologize to everybody about the Bret Michaels Cheat. Apparently the code is only for PS3/360/PC, NOT for use on ps2/wii. The code that you need for the PS2/Wii in place of that is Large Notes (Gems). It worked before I formatted my nootebook, so I installed the game again and now the sounds do not want to activate. The notes play but do not activate the cheats, can anyone help me? Did you do a full reinstall? During formatting the files could have become corrupted, and if you only reinstalled the application / execute file instead of the entire game (all files and folders) that could be why. It could also be a compatibility issue. Maybe the game isn't correctly accepted after you changed the format. Or it also could be you are playing too fast or too slow. That is also a pain when entering these cheats. If you don't play within a certain bpm, it won't activate. Hope this helps!

On controller do you have to press the notes at the same time or can you do it one

You have to do it one by one. I believe you hold the correct notes, and then strum by hitting up on the dpad or up on the analog stick

Yeah I know... Some are such a pain to do! But for unlock everything, it really is easiest to read it as the text is, at least for me. Instead of trying to focus on reading what each colour is, just mirror the finger placement as it appears in the text. But you have to make sure you do it within a certain rhythm! If you're too fast or slow, it won't unlock. Just be persistent! If you have to, take a little break and try again!

You have to enter it every time you close the game. Although it doesn't take much time to beat the game normally and unlock all the songs!

A controller should still work, just you still have to strum with the controller (i think). All the cheats work, just some are very sensitive and may require multiple tries to get them!

I know it's hard sometimes. The rhythm has to be spot on for any of them to unlock, especially the Unlock Everything ones. It will most likely take a LOT of tries. Good luck!

If I remember correctly, you have to enter in both the "unlock all songs" and "unlock everything" each time you restart the game.

Easy expert makes it so it's easier to hit the notes. Instead of the timing window for hitting the note being say 100ms, it would now be more like 200ms (so double your chances of hitting the note)

Bret Michaels is only for Xbox 360/ PS3/PC. On PS2/wii, the cheat in place of that is large gems

Sometimes it can be tricky! Timing is everything. It helps to take a break in between tries, but be persistent! If you have already unlocked the permanent cheats, then you just have to toggle them any time you want to use them from the cheat menu.
