I was using 2 3 apps at a time in my Galaxy J7 Pro.. and it hanged on the screen... the screen just got frozen and it became unresponsive.... I searched solution on youtube from other phone... and this video shows up... IT WORKED... THANKS A MILLION... THANK U SOO MUCH
