It keeps showing the blue screen!!! Pressing volume down and power button together makes it turn off for a mere second just like in the video, but instead of the samsung logo …the blue screen reappears… its like stuck in a loop.. idk how to get out of it… please !! Anything would help at this point!!! ❤

I know this is an older post, but my J7 just recently started going into "Downloading Do Not Turn Off Target" mode anytime I try to turn it off. Yes, the Power button + Volume Down button will force it to then restart correctly, but the only way to actually turn the dang thing off now is to physically pop out the battery. It's an old phone and I suppose I can live with that but it sure would be nice to know why the heck it started doing this in the first place and if anyone knows how to fix this. I've not tried factory reset yet because its just more of an annoyance than anything else...
