To be fair, though I'm not saying this to take a dump on his grave, his last two for Hero and Banjo-Kazooie felt forced due to his mental health. His last solid reaction was with Joker, if not earlier. His best is, unarguably, Mewtwo. A character he wanted, which made the reaction feel the most real. Well many love the Cloud one, Max easily had the best reaction to it, mainly due to being a fan of the character already. Though, I will always appreciate the dance number Etika did when Cloud was onscreen.

I cant even watch a full minute of this without crying. I used to watch his streams when i was younger and we both had that same child-like joy when it comes to video games and cool stuff that are announced with said games. It just hasnt been the same without Etika. That joy i use to have is basically gone because there is no one else left to experience that joy with. Everyone in the world just makes it such a depressing place to be in and going to his streams he had that genuine joy and happiness that i desperately need in my life now and something i definitely took for granted when he was around. If there was one person i wish was still here in would easily be him i just want him back so that i have someone to go to after a bad day. 4 years later and i still dont know what to say exactly but i just miss him

Wow man this was deep. I miss him a ton too I used to watch him a bunch and Etika was one of the first streamers I liked. I still remember I used to have a picture of when he hit 500k subs cause it was a crazy milestone 😅. And I used to have a pic during his stream where he was drinking and since I was like 15 or so I held up my root beer instead of alcohol lmao and took a picture while raising a toast.. they are great memories and man I wish he was here with us today😢

bro I'm really crying over the person that changed and inspired me... I miss him everyday his charisma, his passion, his realism. you could tell he was so invested into everything he streamed. knowing that he's gone hurt my core everyday. it just became the point that I really miss him after 3 years. he was the step dad i never had and he will be remembered for the kindness and passion he had for not only the games he had but for the people he cared about... i love Etika for being the homie i never had even though I didn't ever know him other than the time I got to play smash with him. he seem like the most genuineness mother fucker i've known

Like my boy Christopher said, his mental illness consumed him, and drove him to ultimately take his own life.

Egalitarian Faggitron Ik that suicide is not good at all... but you gotta understand that he was suffering a lot on his personal life. Same thing with other people around the world. My mom used to be depressed years ago but I comfort her everyday and now she’s doing well. It does suck that a parent has to bury their son, it really does. But again, you gotta understand what a person’s been through their entire life. Don’t just judge people just for killing themselves because it’s honestly a little messed up to say about a person.

Sans announced for Smash. I'm so sad Etika is not with us to share his reaction. Edit: Watching this again, and some of his Let's Plays of things like Undertale... I'm legit sad. I followed Etika for a long time, and his genuine excitment and love of gaming was infectious and pure. I cried a bit. He was not just an entertainer, but a super fan, and I shared his joy, excitment, and sadness with him, and it broke my heart when I heard the news. Why'd you have to go, Etika? We all miss you so much.

If he saw the sans and minecraft release and trailer, he would had broke his shelf and house 😂 I love you ETIKA fly high. 🕊️

Heaven is probably one of the illusions that triggered him to take his life, "I wish I didn't think I knew everything " yeah familiar psychs me and the man have I think I know him, I didn't hear about him till 2 days ago and now it feels like a piece of me is gone. Like a part of me i didn't know existed suddenly extinguished without warning. Funny how life happens.

I think that people die twice: they die once when their body dies, and the second is where their memory and legacy fades away and is forgotten, their true death. Etika won't die that second death, he'll live on in our hearts.
