@@Index3D Very nice tutorial, I have 1 question regarding the wheel. Everything works fine except when I add the transform, the wheel rotates a little in place, before I move it. If I hide transform then it moves back to its original position. This wouldn't be a problem except it will spoil continuity from a previous animation.
You're a life-saver, man! I've been trying to figure out how to get my wheels to stick to the ground and no one else had what I was looking for!
Bro I don't know why but Google gave me a website with this vid in it on my news feed and I'm so bloody glad I clicked on it
Oh my days, this is golden. And I'm only 2 minutes into the video!

Fabulous. Thank you friend. With your examples, not only is it much clearer how the constraints work, but they are also easier to remember.

Good, solid explanations of the constraints, and some excellent choices of examples. Thanks for the effort. I think the Copy Transforms constraint is for use cases where you only want to copy the transforms to a particular subset of your object, using a Vertex Group. For example, you could have a single Object made up of several separate parts with various constraints on it, but you may want another constraint, Copy Transforms, to affect only one part of that Object, as defined by the Vertex Group.
