It actually sat around broken for awhile because I thought it might be a hassle to exchange, but I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received when I did it. It was super easy and fast. The clarity, integrity, and detail here… So glad I happened upon a listing for this product among other gadgets one might find handy. Feeling optimistic about my purchase and even more so after reading comments here. I bought a package deal because I presumed the product to be a winner, and immediately can list friends who do photography who would be thrilled to receive this as a gift. The purchasing process was comfortable, effective, and no trickery. Twice I’ve experienced problems when one clicks to add an additional product at 50% off, say, and suddenly you’re at the final page and the total is full price for everything, not what you originally chose. So the format here mimicked some other websites where I had problems, but it went through smoothly and I’m prepared to be thrilled with the product. Thank you again for the clear video with such useful detail. this was a breath of fresh air discovery, and a highlight of the day. I cannot emphasize enough how refreshing to encounter this attention to inventive detail and obvious integrity.

Got mine as a gift and I really like it so far. I'm an ultralight backpacker and a minimalist at heart so this is made for people like me. Use the sizing tool as a gray card for WB is a very creative idea too. Thanks for an innovative product. Much success to you on this, sir.

I just got my Pocket Tripod Pro today. I love it so far! But -- a 22-minute tutorial on this little thing? Well, I watched it all the way through and picked up tips all the way to the end, so good move. Thank you for this. Amazing packaging, too, including the authentication feature. And a gray card, too?! I had been reluctant to order before now because of some of the cheap knock-offs out there that break the first time you use them. Happy that this is the real deal, and I appreciate the lifetime warranty.

My phone didn't fit correctly, thanks to this video /I found the secret adapters and the code to order the 10.5. So thank you very much. can't wait to start using it

I just ordered this today. I don't know how many times I have been in a situation where I was trying to film something with my phone and needed both hands. This could be the answer to 99% of my problems when I need to be hands-free and filming with my phone. I'm excited to get this and put it through its paces. And I will remember to twist and not been 😀 thanks for sharing.

Just ordered one of these for my Sony Xperia 1 V. After watching this I can't help but wonder why you don't make a portion of the tripod in the Grey for white balance purposes. That way we don't have to carry round two items.

Perhaps you should print in large friendly letters on both sides of the base - DON'T BEND, TWIST! The desire to bend the unit is understandable; it could be thought of as a design flaw. However, I think that's a bit harsh, because it's a brilliant design; it's just a shame people aren't so lateral-thinking! Looking forward to receiving mine!

Fantastic video. I suggest you get rid of the instructions that come with the tripod. Put another QR code in there that goes directly to this video. Even though I read the instructions carefully I unsnapped it where I shouldn’t have. Love this pocket tripod.

I just got my pocket tripod & I have 2 cases that I switch back and forth. Size 11.0 & 11.5, which are not included. I used the codeprovided, but it only allows to be used once. Can the code be used on more than 1 free adapter? **Update: I just got my adapter & it had all the sizes I needed in one package.

Yes absolutely. The compatibility goes by phone thickness, regardless of model. As long as the phone and case thickness combines is less than 1/2 inch (12.5 mm) we have a Pocket Tripod for you. Most Otterbox cases still fall under the 12.5 mm limit.

Okay, so I just ordered one of these. Is it made of plastic? Did I just pay $35 for a credit card sized piece if plastic? I'm going to be so disappointed if that's the case.

Just purchased and received my tripod pro. My IPhone 15 requires the 8.5mm adapter but there isn't one in the pack. It starts at 8.0mm then jumps to 9.0mm. what do I need to do to get an 8.5mm adapter? Regards. Steve. C.

Hey Steve, if you’re using a bare iPhone 15 the 8.0 mm will give you a perfect snug fit. But you you really need the 8.5mm then please send us a an email to support@pocket-tripod.com for it

@@PocketTripodPRO yes I am using a bare IPhone 15 but the 8.0mm doesn’t give me that snug fit as shown in the video instructions. I certainly wouldn’t trust holding it upside down. Really interested in this, but oddly, it was this video that gave me pause. I didn't think about damaging it by bending, and it seems really easy to bend it. At $35 now, that seems like a big risk (I've got kids!). Is it possible to bend it back at least a couple of times before it's damaged? Does it at least resist bending a bit?

You won't break it accidentally. The appropriate bending places bend first.

Thanks for the comment. The hinge pin won't deform if you bend the two halves accidentally. It will pop out. It'll still work after you insert it back in, but it can leave burrs around the hinge barrel that can protrude a bit. We'd like to avoid that. Nonetheless, we back your Pocket Tripod with our lifetime warranty.

Get a better case? Styrofoam cases just aren't that great. 😮

A sleeve the size of the pocket tripod that can affix to the case on my phone would be fantastic. Then the tripod would always be with my phone even if I don't happen to have my wallet. For instance - I'm a runner and like to take photos but I wouldn't take my purse or wallet with me.

If you have an iPhone 12 or newer, get Apple's MagSafe business card case that attaches magnetically on the back of the phone, and the Pocket Tripod fits perfectly inside! That's what I'm using with my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Jk, but could you please update your website. It says that you're not on Amazon. For a while I thought that I bought a fake on Amazon, but it has your branding and...well you. Mine is not fake then right?

The adapter doesn’t move smoothly, it was so hard and when I was trying to move the angle, the tempered glass screen protector on my phone cracked!
