Guys i m here after a experience of 2 months of dis intermittent fasting i m commenting down below just to help many people becoz i know when we look fat our confidence go away.....i m a girl 20yrs old i was 66.5 kg nd now after dis lockdown and following this intermittent fasting for 2 months i lost 6 kg and i m 60.5 kg right now nd i look beautiful now the timing i followed was 8 p.m to 12 p.m and no sugar at all i took little rice everything little bit but actually NO SUGAR ....without exercise but ya i was active full day i did my mother's help i walk for 20 30 min.at night after my last meal i had black coffee nd in morning i took black coffee sometimes jeera water had green tea after 1 hour of my each meal and i m a person having lots of pimple but becoz of dis i m not getting any pimple just maintain ur calories ❣️ Thankyou This comment is dedicated to all girls who r very much irritated becoz of fat❣️

सब से अच्छा तरीक़ा जो इस्लाम ने दिया है वो फास्टिंग का तरीक़ा है। इसमें एक तरीक़ा ये भी है के 1 दिन फास्ट करे दूसरे दिन ना करे। एक तरीक़ा पिर और जुमेरात है। और ऐसे भी मुसलमान है जो साल में 5 दिन छोड़ कर सारा साल फास्ट करते है और सेहतमंद है

Tell me one thing if Maine 11 baje khana khaya then Hume 7 o'clock par khana hai... To 11 se 7 k beech Mai hum kha sakte hai naa.. Like 11 par humne kuch bhi fruits wagera khaliya then lunch humne baad Mai Kiya......becoz lunch 11 par itni jldi nhi ho sakta sO??

Sir, I have low B.P problem and I am a girl. and I have been following intermittent fasting since last 3 months. My weight was 62 kg and now I am 55kg. I got good results. I didn't face any kind of menstruation problem they are still regular rather better than before. Low B.P women can also follow intermittent fasting but women should ensure that they are not dehydrating while intermittent fasting and should have adequate amount of liquids like water, fruit juices but without suger. We can use honey and jaggery instead of suger. Intermittent fasting really worked for me. But one should have an opinion of his/her physician if he/she has any previous medical issue if he wants to follow intermittent fasting. Otherwise normal healthy males and females can get good results out od it.

Q 1. Daily kar sakte he?? Q 2. 18 : 6 regular kar sakte he?? Q 3. Daily ka time schedule ek hi hona chahiye ya depends on routine changes....... For eg... Monday fasting window 5 pm to 10 am.... Tuesday fasting window 4 pm to 9 am..and so on..... Is it good or we hv to follow only one schedule?? Please answer as early as possible

Q. 1. It is for daily routine. Q. 2.yes Q. 3.daily time schedule should be FIXED, it helps in habit formation. Follow one schedule which suits you best. Mostly we take our dinner at 9 pm, so best is 1 p.m. to 9 p. m.
