What's the process of getting that 28 day permit, what do you need ?

For Saskatchewan, SGI allows out-of-province vehicle registration for 28 days. Beyond 28 days (if mechanical inspection is still pending), I can register for temporary permits in 8-day windows. It varies by province. Check your local motor license issuer.
