I gave it a thumbs down as the video started to feel more and more like just an advertisement instead of a balanced 'buyers experience'. I stopped it at 9 minutes when I was really fed up with it. It might be a cultural thing as Americans are used to watch nothing else but advertisement but in my culture the hate of advertisement packaged as something else is huge.

The Xeno is a non-issue at this time, v2.2C grabs the ball 9/10 times instead of failing 9/10 times. PB Alien is GOTY, you heard it here first.

Great review Cary. Glad to hear the PB are responsive to issues as well. Played this at Allentown a while ago and the issues sort of marred it but it was Heighway then.

This version is a vast improvement, but I did like the physical appearance & back box of the original.

I've played the Heighway version several times and the Pinball Brothers edition seems to have really polished the game out.. Look forward to playing it and seeing how much better this version is .. Great video and insight into the game. Have a great weekend pinheads!

Wow! Great video! This pinball has an amazing underplayfield with all those chrome mechs, that clean and neat wiring and... I can't see any mechanical switch, very impressive and different to other manufacturers.

That looks like a nice pin! Glad another company took this over but a huge slap in the face for those who failed to produce.

Another great video from Mr. Hardy! Waiting for this game for a long time! I was entering the list for Heighway when disturbing rumors stopped me from money transfer…good decision! I just hope Pinball Brothers can get a distributor in Spain like they told me by e-mail!

Somehow these modern pinballs do not appeal to me. But in such a TX-Sector or T2 I can play endlessly 🙂

Seems like a good buy, esp since stern upped their prices.

Hi could you ask your friend where the back box key is held? Like a clip or hidey hole Can’t find ours and the supplier is sure they are there

Hi, the keys for the backbox are on the inside of the coin door. They will be hanging on a little hook right above the service menu buttons. It took me a while to find them, they blend in well.

@@CaryHardy :( ours had a post loose and it chipped the play field. One of the bash targets also got so mashed the switch was stuck. It’s being played at UK pinfest and we were told by an operator it was open a lot but home use it should be fine. Due to the chip being covered up we are trying to get a refund on the deposit.

Awesome video. Thank you. I have someone offering me Alien LV and cash for my Deadpool LE and I'm on the fence about getting rid of Deadpool but the algorithm knew I was in this stage and served up this video.

I always found this cabinet to be hard to see from being so dark, can’t track the ball well

I played a GnR LE. You are not missing much. Kinda like a hot girl with HIV, great to look at, but you don’t want to play with it.

holy loose tilt, Batman.

LCD screens not needed. Pinball should be screen free.

I'm probably the only annoying one who going to mention an Alien machine while playing Aliens voice clips :P Although I guess the game itself covers the franchise more than the movie.

I do not see the hype. That is a barren underside and will be a nightmare to replace boards 10 years from now.

The hardware design is terrible on this game. The circuits are not even protected with fuses.

I got a tricked out one with 3D backglass the other day. So far it's......... AWESOME. Plays like a 90s Williams/Bally.

I played machine number 9, and to be honest, I really wasn't that impressed with the overall finish or mechanics.
