He already resurrected Freddie Mercury for an MCR cover, has shown that he could be a one man Pac/Biggie rap battle with a random Eminem cameo, and I'm sure everyone else has ones they'll point to he can do perfectly that nobody should be able to do. The two biggest "off" ones I can think of are Peter Steele (he can't get that low, but he's still amazing in his own right when he goes for it) and Serj Tankian (which... yeah valid).

I think they would have been a bit closer to power and heavy metal. And chorus of "The Devil put dinosaurs here" could easily be translated to a ZZ Top song if you cut out the reverb and make the voice rougher.

The original version of Alice, was definitely Glam Rock, with songs like "Lip Lock Rock" and "Glamorous Girls" they had a different band line up back then and called themselves ALICE N' CHAINS. If you wanna hear some rare Layne Staley vocals, you can find Demo 1 and Demo 2 on KZread, but I warn you, it's not Layne's best work.

You never fail to amaze me with how you can sound so close to all the artists that actually sing these songs. Then the way you make the song your own is so wonderful. I can’t wait to see your next video. 👍
