You're absolutely right. Alice and his band ALWAYS brings it and steals the show no matter their billing. Especially now when Nita Strauss tours with him.

Michael Anthony's bass work on School's Out is just amazing! He is running up and down the neck of that bass the entire time, especially during the solos, and he still is perfectly locked in, never playing over anyone, always just where he needs to be to compliment the music.. and that's on a song he's never played publicly with a band he's never played with. Michael Anthony is a top tier musician in every way. What a gem of a human that dude is!

Agreed.Michael Anthony is such a good bassist because he knows his role in a rock band.He keeps it pumping along but has the chops when called for.Years of playing in,essentialy a trio,that just happens to have a guy up front singing.

Michael Anthony inspired me to play the bass when first heard Van Halen back in 77' I hear thumpin bass on Running with the Devil I never anything like that he holds down the bottom end and he's still kicking ass!!! 12:38

My first concert was Alice Cooper at the Aladdin Hotel in the summer of 1977. Hard to believe we're both still rockin' !!

Icon Alice Cooper puts on the greatest shows ever and he puts together the greatest bands ever - they all rock - truly professionals.

Multi-generational Super Group. Amazing. I ran across Alice Cooper in NYC back in 1978. Just a regular dude enjoying the city.

very cool to see REAL Freaking amplifiers on stage and none of that floor digital direct to FOH crap. Nothing like real organic American iconic rock n roll with guitar and amp. Marshall non the less. DIG IT !!!!!!

I saw the original band in Dec '71 on the Killer tour. 1st time using the gallows. When that trap door opened and he dropped in that noose, for a few seconds the auditorium was eerily silent. They later jammed on the riff that would become "school's out". That original band were firing on all cylinders at that time!

Alice is a true legend.

Great to see the preacher Alice Cooper up there at 75, we have been through hell and by God's grace we come through it..... the reason you don't see my band on the stage is because they're dead from drugs and I am the only one left alive to report it.... check it out man , I had in my hands today 1950s Gold Arch top Les Paul... and it fits me like a glove!!

My sister brought home the billion dollar babys album and I was hooked on rock and roll. I was maybe 12 or 13. Chuck Berry had alot to do with that also.

School’s Out was our senior walk out song from High School. 1974. Fun. I remember staying up REALLY late on Friday night to see Alice Cooper on Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert. See we didn’t HAVE no MTV or KZread back then. Sh*t we didn’t even have Cable TeeVee. Had to walk barefooted in the snow uphill both ways. HEY!!!!! You kids get off my lawn!!!!!!!!!!………………………………

Orianthi ~ smokin hot guitar leads and tone ( looks like a PRS) but the carpe diem get all of it mechanics...she is literally strangling some notes to get FATTER vibrato...i was like "Mercy! Lady ~..." painting this song like it was Mona Lisa with a nose ring...and sharing leads with the other guy...oh ya...then Michael Anthony plugs in ~ talk about Embarassment of riches...wow.
