He has mentioned how it sometimes gets difficult to hold back laughter and keep a straight face to stay in character. Super rare to see him lose focus and stumble with his words. I liked Maurice. I don't believe in anything paranormal myself, but he was genuine enough. He became interested in it through grief when his daughter died, he didn't want to believe that that was the end, that a life could be instantly wiped out forever like that. It all came from a good place with Maurice and he wasn't trying to sell anything, unlike the likes of Derek Acorah, who was a charlatan.

Haha i love watching these old vids.

Maurice grosse is famous for a haunting in Enfield. In September 1977 he investigated an alleged poltergeist in a house in Green Street, Enfield, North London, that later became known as the Enfield Poltergeist. Grosse recorded many hours of audio and video evidence of the poltergeist while staying at the house for long periods of time, along with another psychical investigator Guy Lyon Playfair who later wrote the book, This House is Haunted (1980).

I had a similar experience when I was home with just my mom and our local UPS driver who were also witnesses.. He didn't have a home so we took him in. Late at night I would hear a banging noise from the attic/3rd floor.. I was really scared and the more frightened I became, the louder and faster the banging became. Just when I was thinking about jumping out the 2nd story window to get away, it suddenly stopped. My mom and I don't even like to talk about it anymore... actually she never liked talking about it probably because she doesn't believe in ghosts and stuff like that.
