Nothing in math has ever brought me more joy than watching a normally exuberant math teacher hate on an area of his subject. lol

@@yaymath Thanks for what you do Robert! Due to horrible public school teachers, I fell behind in math by a grade, but since homeschooling and using your curriculum, on on track to catch up soon! And thanks for the honesty, haha.

First math tutor I didn’t sleep listening too.

I just want you to know that when you said "no funny business", I couldn't stop laughing for a good 2 minutes. Please never lose that. Always be you. You are amazing. And even though I'm not at your age, I feel you. I'm 28 but I'm also getting to that point where I'm not "young" anymore and it's like well should I now be a "respected gentleman" and not say "dude"? Nahhhhh. Regardless of age, we are the new generation. Those of us who think alike and are working to educate themselves to reshape the world for the better. We need to get rid of the bureaucracy and start changing things. That standard form is stupid. We used to also believe we could do a certain dance and make it rain. (Well actually I've witnessed this happen on occasion, but it was a different kind of dance and a different kind of rain xD) Point is, we are the new standard form. And people just gotta get used to it. You sir are a boss. And your candid humor is what keeps me watching. It's a scientific fact, when we laugh, we learn better.

My father, a university math professor, hates ........ arithmetic. Whenever he makes mistakes with arithmetic while working through a problem in front of class, he says "that's what a calculator is for."

Funny thing is I came to this video for help on math and right before it started, an ad saying "tired of searching youtube for help on math, well try study smarter".
