I've been out of High School for over 13 years and have finally decided to enroll in college this semester. I am scheduled to take the college assessment test next week and I found this video out of pure necessity. I am truly grateful for this teacher and this video. He was thorough is his explanation of the simplification process. This is the Algebra teacher I needed in 2003!!

I decided to google how to solve negative exponents, and came across your video on KZread, and this was VERY helpful! I think your approach, of reaching the kids, is something more teachers should aspire to learn. I would have LOVED math in High School if I had a teacher like you.
