LOL, Leah. That made me crack up. I'm just so happy to have someone like you watching. We're changing lives, and no more scrounging around on KZread indeed.
Thank you all for watching! I'm glad it's helping you. Please tell anyone you think will be helped by this. -- Robert
I find it hilarious that when your students go "Oohh" and "Aahh" because they realize how to solve it; I find myself doing the same behind my computer screen. Excellent video! Thank you so much :D
You are a spectacular teacher I truly do comprehend ech of your lessons. Thank you.
The world needs more math teachers like you!
What a kind comment, thank you! I'm doing my best -- Robert
i go to my algebra 2 class and everything seems to go in one ear and out the other... but you have that certain knack for teaching my man. you chose the right profession because i ACTUALLY understand this!!! you, sir, are just great.
These videos help me immensely. I was doing horrible in math this year because i could never remember the lesson but now that I've found yay math I have seen the light!!
I'm being serious.. you teach me more in 8 minutes than my teacher does a whole semester.
he seems like the chillest teacher everrr. i want him as my teacher
@Chenbinnie04 Thank you so much. I hope you enjoy watching the rest of the videos. The full length clips can be found on the website yaymath.org. YayMath!
Seriously you are the Math God I sat for hours trying to figure this out because my teacher gave me this and said you can figure it out yourself…yeah right but you saved the day…YAY MATH!
hey @shortfilmz123 ! So glad to hear from you and thank you for your kind words. I'm definitely doing what I can to visit schools and in fact, I'll be doing a little bit of that in April when I'm visiting Chicago. Where is your school located? Do you think your teacher/administration would also be interested in having me come by? Please let me know via email at Robert@yaymath.org I'm very excited to get the ball rolling on this! YayYOU!
THANK YOU SO MUCH I HAVE A MATH QUIZ TOMORROW AND U REALLY HELPED ME!!!! The way you explain things makes everything seem so simple. Thanks
Thank you so much for sharing your love for teaching! I am actually trying to prepare for Praxis I and math is not my best side. lol I have pretty much tried everything that the world wide web has to offer, Your videos are my pick for the simple fact that you explain each step along with answering questions the class may ask. OF course your humor is always appreciated!! Thanks so much! I will rock it out with Kindergarten one day!
You're actually a good teacher, and really make it actually easy to understand. Best channel for math on KZread, thanks man.
Thanks Yay Math! College student here. Your videos got me an A for the semester.
Learned this in algebra today and didn't quite get it, but the way you taught it makes total sense, thanks!
The videos are great and its amazing how excited youre students seem to learn math. However, I think one step you could explain to make nth root equations easier is to show that the nth root of a number X, is the same as X to the power of (1/n). To me it is easier to understand that the cubed root of X^6 = X^(6/3) or X^2 rather than thinking "what" x "what" x "what" = X^6. Not only does it explain the actual math behind nth root problems but once learned can lead to quicker answers. Good Luck
I for one love my math teacher this year! It's just that she wasn't given enough time to explain this properly. I'm weeping with joy right now though, because Ifinallygetthis!!!!!1!!!1ONE!!!
Thanks for posting this. My teacher really can't explain anything well and kinda skimmed over this nth root business and just called for a test without telling me anything. So basically this video just saved my test grade, so thank you for explaining it well enough to save me. ^^
I like how this teacher teaches his students. Great method of explanation. After watching this video, I would love to teach my future students in this manner. Great Video. Thanks
this teacher is awesome, i finally understood. I was freaked out because i have a test tomorrow, but thanks to this video im sure i'll ace it. Thank You (:
Thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. YAY YOU Tami24! -- Robert

u have great energy! wish my teacher was like that....makes it so much easier to focus.
my algebra teacher is so confusing. she already has the examples made, and then she explains it from there. i wish she started off with easy problems then work her way up. in other words this video was very helpful. thank you.
YOU HELPED ME A LOT❤👏👏 THANKYOU SIR👏👏 😊😊
Pal, you're a genius. Thanks for putting this up here!
If I had you as my math teacher I swear I would be getting better grades! We would go over it in class multiple times and I was so clueless. I stumbled on your page ... and I finally understand everything! :)) Or it could also be that your a cutie
wow i wish i had a math teacher like this
"OOOOOOOOOHHHHH" ^^What I said at least twice in this video. Thank You!

I'm thinking of becoming a math teacher...if it ever happens, I want to be like you.
if every teacher was like this ide love going to school
what do you do if there is a number outside the square root? say 12 and then it has the square root of ______ and all the numbers and variables inside. How would you do that?
y must be greater than or equal to 0 in the fourth root expression right?
@styike i wish i would of had this in the beginning of high school..love this person lol
thanks for you help! you explained it where it made sense to me, because my professor didn't
Why is this man not the teacher of the millennium?

i love how funny u r when u teach hahah
I really like this teacher, XD I'm learning now but I never learn with my actual teacher.
you remind me of my math teacher as well
You're like, the Joaquin Pheonix of math. Like, you remember in "The Village", when he was all like "Fool, these ain't no monsters, they just operations on radicals fool!" and then got shanked in the ribs? Kind of like that.
I love you. My teacher made is sooo confusing lol

Blame the government, teachers don't get paid enough to be this much exited/passionate. Its like ohh I am getting paid less than a garbage man, and I went through college. I should really be happy and exited about everyday.

I suck at radicals I'm so screwed...
