She's a ray of sunshine and makes the vlog much better!!! 😁 Not to mention that she's chief quality inspector when the first edit is complete and I've heard the same clips and music too much to know what sounds good and what doesn't 😂 so glad to have you here with us for the Portuguese trip, it was honestly insane. We love the place, always stay at Quinta do paraiso village. Great restaurants and a lot quieter than Albufeira

I have been there at 3 weeks , and what a magic place ❤ , first time I pass only and not stop , the next day I pass the day on beach and a couple days later I visit in my bike 45 km went and go from near algoz , nice video .

Mate the clip of you two learning how to pronounce where you going feels far too familiar, I've been in that position far too many times 😂😂 How satisfying is it leaving the UK when it's dull and foggy and arriving abroad to blue skies and sunshine 😍 good choice with the Super Bock at the end of the video 🍻 great video as always mate! Oh wow how wonderful keep yourselves safe but it's so lovely there my aunt and uncle owned a villa over there until he was terminally ill with cancer and they moved back to be with us my aunt sold the villa and lives nearby us now 💖

Hey k w, thanks for watching! I haven't spent too much time in the cities so it's hard to say, but from what we experienced on this trip (and a previous trip to Vilamoura) I'd probably say Lagos. Some great food, super close to beautiful beaches (although that's a given almost anywhere in the Algarve) and seemed to have a lot going on whilst retaining a charm that's often lost with cities. How did you find Lisbon? We'd love to visit!

@@LozsLeisure I loved Lisbon . I found I could eat foods there that I couldn’t in the states like breads and dairy. I would got shrimp out of the grocery store and it was the best I ever had. I would think of it for retirement but it gets cold but maybe it will be a great place to spend for a few months out off the year . I find myself craving quiet beaches as I retire but it was amazing . I should have traveled to Algarve after there instead of Madrid which was a bit too crowded but very nice . Take care

@@goldengirls0125 that's really interesting to hear! We had some incredible food there too, and coming from the UK it seemed very reasonably priced too for the quality! Now you're retired you definitely deserve some time on some quiet beaches, that's for sure! I've heard good things about Madrid too, but Algarve is more my vibe for a longer stay I think... take care and do let me know how you get on in the Algarve!

Hey! When we were down in town it definitely was more lively and buzzing. Wasn't anything crazy (which is what we wanted) but people eating / drinking outside etc. We had a great time!

Hey Megan! Taberna Portuguesa was definitely up there (g.page/taberna-portuguesa-2018?share) and we also liked the family feel of Restaurante A Fonte (goo.gl/maps/rEJyQ5SSCYq2hN188). For a nice Italian we liked Primavera (goo.gl/maps/W7yMUabrZJy9YRFu6) too 😁 hope that helps!
