I don’t think people quite realise how difficult this is. Figure skating looks so glamorous and effortless but in my opinion it’s probably the hardest and most dangerous sport out there

Thats so true! So much skaters warm up out of the ice and still manage to bump their head on the ground from jumps! Some even break their ankles, ribs, legs, and an arm dislocation permanently from skating. And if you fall from jumps while ur in a competition no matter how much it hurts u have to continue:/ Scary, thats only if its a minor injury if it includes blood you may stop. But there was this one competition where its pair skaters and the girl hit her head on the ice where she temporarily fainted but she still went on with the show!

Oh yes, we do. I used to go to my local skate rink as a kid. In 5 years, l hadn’t progressed at all.

She will win gold at the Olympics one day. Her artistry and passion to me just outshines the other girls.
