I love that fact that it seems like they're at a sleepover learning and experimenting with hair rather than it being a professional tutorial

This is the most helpful hair tutorial I've ever watched. Most tutorials are experts showing you how to do it perfectly once. Alexa kind of clumsily trying it and then George adjusting and giving options is SO HELPFUL!

Love how real Alexa's vids are. No perfect execution and 'look how amazing we are' tutorials. Just proper, slightly clumsy, chatty, don't make a drama out of it slightly shambolic gentle guides. Totally love it.
