**DESCRIPTION**
Damon Hill spun on the first lap and found himself in the midfield. While he was performing a comeback, Zanardi who was right behind Hill tried to pass the Williams driver retarding the braking point and taking the inside line. The two drivers collided and both finished their race in the gravel trap.

What was Zanardi doing trying to overtake a vastly superior car there. Zanardi made his career out of moves like these in the spec cart series once he'd perfected them.

@@brandspro indeed it was you could buy Lola and Reynard chassis and only Penske made their own chassis.
Damons wishing Zanardi had lost his legs in 1992.
Zanardi uno dei piloti più scarsi mai visti in Formula 1. In USA il livello è molto più basso e l'incidente che ha avuto è stato causato da sua totale incapacità. Per non parlare poi degli altri casini combinati nella vita privata. Più che un esempio da seguire, un esempio DA NON SEGUIRE.
