It’s crazy to me that this guy is so good because even blitzing punches on the heavy bag he is releasing and firing the punches off from his chest. Doesnt keep his hands up and bad technique. When you throw a punch be ready to receive a punch that’s why after you punch your hands come back up to your face to protect it .

Bro he’s not working on technique or foot work here it’s just cardio. You can obviously tell he’s just pounding on the bag to get cardio and power reps in. If you actually watch his fights Pereria has elite timing and head movement. He spars boxers all the time and does well. He’s literally a double champ in kick boxing and mma lol

I'm an inch taller than him, and I'm much stronger than he is, and I'm also nowhere near as lean as he is, and I'm around 260. Dude is MAYBE 230 - 235.
